Filmaker, Short Story Author, Artist, and Radio Presenter Patrick O Neill will read two short stories from his recent collection ‘7 Doors’, which is the basis of a future film. Short Story Readings will take place in the Hunt Museum on Wednesday 30th March at 3.30pm. The stories are titled 'Is she my sister?' and 'Is she one of ours'. This event is free and all are welcome. On Tuesday 11th April at 1pm Sally Phipps presents a Friends of the Hunt Museum Lunchtime Lecture, telling the story of the Irish novelist and playright, Molly Keane who was born in Co Kildare and is most famous for her novel Good Behaviour which was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize. The talk is presented by her daughter Sally Phipps who has recently published a biography of her mother called 'Molly Keane: A Life'. The lecture will take place in the Hunt Museum. Entry is free.
