 A caricature of US presidential candidate Donald Trump failed to attract a buyer when it went on display at the MCM Comic Con Convention in Dublin and has been returned to the horror section of the Balla Bán Art Gallery.
Balla Bán Art Gallery in Westbury Mall had the portrait, by Dublin artist Ray Sherlock, on display alongside other superheros and scary characters.
“It got a lot of attention over the two day convention but no takers on it so its going back into the gallery. We were going to try give him a print of it when he had planned to come visit Ireland recently but now that has been cancelled. We also sell other scary characters like Frankenstein, Dracula and Darth Vader at the gallery so we will put the caricature in this section,” said Frank O'Dea, Balla Bán Art Gallery Owner.
